Mooncor Oil & Gas Corp. is a junior oil and gas exploration and production company with unconventional shale gas, light oil, and heavy oil projects in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Southwestern Ontario. Mooncor s key shale gas play is located on the Alberta/British Columbia border in the Hamburg area. The Company has acquired 103,680 acres (162 sections) of land with a 100% Working Interest in this shale gas play and is pursuing a South East extension of the Devonian shale system from the Horn River Basin.

Since most of the Hamburg lands have been previously drilled for deeper targets, Mooncor s development program will involve virtually no exploration risk. The Muskwa shales are prevalent throughout the Company s lands and are in the range of 12-25 metres in thickness, which is about half that of the Muskwa shale thickness at Horn River. However, pressure analysis at Hamburg reveal the Muskwa shales to have greater than 1 microdarcy of permeability which is nearly 4 times greater than the permeability at Horn River. As well, the Hamburg shales may have better porosity, due to their reportedly 3-5 times higher siltstone content. The Company s management was encouraged by flow rates exceeding 1 MMcf/day after a small energized frac program. DeGolyer and MacNaughton Canada Ltd. has provided an NI 51-101 compliant estimate of Contingent Plus Prospective Gas Resources for Mooncor at Hamburg of up to 5.19 TCF Total Original Gas-in-Place and Recoverable Gas-in-Place of up to 1.35 TCF.

Mooncor s future development in Hamburg is expected to focus on horizontal drainage and delivery to the vastly under-utilized infrastructure available in the area. Hamburg has all weather access roads and proximity to all needed supplies and services.

The Company has three other key shale gas plays. Two are in Southwestern Ontario targeting the Kettle Point Formation (Antrim style shale gas zones) and the Collingwood/Blue Mountain Formation ( Utica shale gas zones). Plans to drill the first well of a potential 5 well program through the Kettle Point Formation to test an identified Silurian Pinnacle Reef in Lambton County is planned for late Q3 or Q4.

Mooncor also has interests in 7,200 net acres of a Colorado shale gas and heavy oil prospect at White Hill Lakes, Saskatchewan.

The Company has other ongoing conventional and heavy oil projects in Alberta (Woodbend, Lloydminster, Lonestar, and Bashaw) and a CBM gas and deep conventional gas play at Crossfield.
