Detailed information on all projects, including maps and diagrams, can be found on the Sage web site - www.sagegoldinc.com.
Arizona: The Gold Hill Property The Gold Hill property comprises six patented mining claims located in Maricopa County, Arizona and is located in schist intruded by a granite porphyry of Proterozoic age. The mineralized fault structure has a strike length exceeding 4,000 feet and has been delineated by numerous exploratory surface pits, development tunnels, shafts, and adits.
The highest grade in the recent 2008 channel samples assays is 31.7 grams of gold per tonne (0.925 ounces per ton) over a width of 1.2 metres and the highest grade grab sample is 54.8 grams of gold per tonne (1.598 ounces per ton) . All assays are reported on the Sage web site - www.sagegoldinc.com.
Ontario: Abitibi Region - The Kerrs Property The Kerrs Property (the Property) consists of twelve (12) surveyed mining leasehold patents and six (6) unsurveyed mining claims covering a total surface area of approximately 14,700 acres. The discovery of gold-bearing boulders assaying as much as 6 oz/ton and concentrated in the area of East Ford Lake led to the original gold-oriented, exploration interest in the area. Sage has a 100% ownership position in the Kerrs property which is subject to a maximum 2% NSR payable to Newmont.
Ontario: Beardmore - Onaman The Onaman Lake Project Area encompasses the Tashota-Nipigon Gold Mine and the MacDonald Lake block which consists of 53 claims totalling 8224 hectares.
Ontario: Beardmore - Jacobus Golden Extension - Jacobus East - BGGC This project area on the eastern side of the Jacobus property lies along strike and five kilometres directly to the north-west from the Kodiak Exploration Ltd. "Hercules" gold veins, which includes the high grade "Golden Mile" vein system.
Jacobus, Copper-Nickel The Property was discovered in 1947. Inco drilled 9 holes and completed a series of four trenches. In 1957, Jacobus Mining Corporation Limited acquired the property; completed a Geological Survey, a Geophysical Survey and drilled 46 holes. The property was optioned to Chesterville Mines Limited in 1968. Chesterville completed 9 vertical holes to acquire a 75% interest and in 1969 they also conducted electromagnetic, magnetic, geological and geochemical surveys.
Ontario: Beardmore - Paint Lake The property consists of leases encompassing 9 claims located in the Townships of Irwin and Walters, Ontario. The property is contiguous with the eastern boundary of the Brookbank gold deposit which contains a NI 43-101-compliant indicated and inferred mineral resource of 2.6 million tonnes, grading 7.4 grams per tonne gold, containing 629,900 ounces of gold.
Ontario: Beardmore - King Solomon's Pillars The property consists of leases encompassing 18 claims covering 282 hectares of land and land under water located in the Township of Walters, Ontario. The geology of the property comprises an east-west striking band of Timiskaming sediments with an interbanded iron formation. Gold is associated with arsenopyrite within or adjacent to the iron formation.
Ontario Beardmore - Missing Link The property consists of 12 claims located in the Townships of Lapierre and Legault,Ontario. The property has been stripped, trenched by the vendors and the best channel samples yielded 0.11 oz of gold per ton over 3.28 feet.and 0.58 of gold per ton over 1.31 feet.
Ontario: Beardmore - Cote Two Rivers The property consists of sixty (60) units consisting of five claim blocks located in Coughlan and Castlewood Lake areas north of Beardmore Ontario. The Cote property is located to the northwest of the Sage Onaman copper-gold Project area in a stratigraphically higher sequence of pillow basalts. The property displays wide-spread VMS base-metal mineralization, associated alteration features as well as vein gold mineralization.
Nevada: Carlin Trend The Carlin Trend is North America's most prolific gold producing area, situated in north-central Nevada near Elko. It is a 64 km (40 miles) north-west/south-east strip of low grade, epithermal deposits of ore, first located in 1961 by Newmont Mining geologists John Livermore and Alan cope. Scarcely 25 metres (80 feet) down, they got assays of 6.2 g/t (0.2 oz.). The gold was microscopic; the largest specks were 0.0005 centimetres (0.0002 inches) and had to be magnified 1,800 times before they could be photographed.
The first Carlin open pit started in 1965, but not until the 1980s with higher gold prices and the new technologies of heap leaching, and later bio-leaching, was the Carlin trend fully exploited.
Nevada: Midas Trend The Midas mining area includes Newmont's Midas mine, which sold approximately 219,000 ounces of gold and more than 2.6 million ounces of silver in 2003, representing approximately 8.4% of Nevada?s total gold sales.
Quebec: Malartic The Malartic property comprises 14 claims located between the towns of Cadillac and Malartic in the Abitibi region of northwestern Quebec. Sage Gold Inc. entered into a Joint Venture agreement in 2007 with Sheltered Oak Resources on this property and exploration work is scheduled for 2008.
Quebec: Chibougamau Fancamp - The Fancamp property covers four claims located 30Km southwest of Chibougamau. The property hosts gold mineralization in pyritized shear zone trending southeasterly and conjugate to the major northeasterly trending Lac Dore.
Barlow 1 JV - The Barlow 1 property covers 15 claims located 15km northwest of the village of Chibougamau. Noranda conducted a limited drill program in 1981 and 1984 which yielded a gold intersection of 0.16 oz/t (5.48g/tonne) over 2.5 feet (76cm). Sage Gold Inc. owns a 75% interest in this property. Newmont has a maximum net smelter return of 2%.
Quebec: Fort Chimo Fort Chimo 2 - Lac Rougemont - 19 claims - Gold showings with drill intercepts of 7.0 gpt Au over 2.75m and 4.1gpt Au over 7.6m.
Fort Chimo 3 - Pyrite Falls - 15 claims - Cominco (1966) discovered the Kan Pb-Zn showing with a drill intercept of 4 feet of 5.2%Zn, 2.6%Pb and 2.8oz/t Ag. Noranda (1989) discovered three gold showings which yielded drill intercepts of 22.2 gpt Au over 0.75m, 6.3 gpt Au over 1.55m and 17.76gpt Au over 0.75m. Sage Gold Inc. owns 75% of the Ft. Chimo properties. Newmont is entitled to a maximum net smelter return of 2%.
